Outrigger Laguna Phuket Resort and Villas has opened a new 100-seat restaurant, Panache. The restaurant was launched under the guidance of Austrian chef Robert Czeschka, who was trained in Europe but spent the past six years in Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Thailand. Panache targets Asian and European palates, with dishes such as dim sum, satay, curries, lamb rack provencale, wood oven-fired pizzas and more. Each dish is individually made for each diner, whether you want to hold the garlic or you want extra anchovies.
