WHAT TO ORDER? The menu is short but covers wellknown classics from the French and Mediterranean genres. Alaskan scallop tartar is tasty and fresh, while foie gras is beautifully pan-roasted and served with a spiced pear and port wine reduction. For the main course, go for one of the signature dishes. Duck leg is a delicious house speciality and classic slow-cooked lamb shank navarin is perfectly executed here. Coq au vin and bouillabaisse are a must try at Aldo’s. Also keep an eye on the specials of the week as some interesting dishes pop up. For dessert, either warm melting chocolate cake or trio of cheesecake makes for a fitting finale to the meal.
