Description:
As an annexe off the Four Seasons' lobby, Blue Bar benefits from exceptional five-star service and an excellent drinks menu. The crowd is a mix of holidaymakers and suits who have just flown into town, as well as meetings that have gone on longer than "just the one". The general set-up is well designed. The long bar is striking, the chain-mail curtains interesting, the table layout intimate and the modern interior exceptionally, but unsurprisingly, blue. There is a good harbour view and the hefty cocktail menu makes for good reading, unless of course you're not a fan of curaƧao. The blue-hued liqueur is the ingredient of the vast majority of the drinks within this tome. Of course, the immaculately trained waiters are happy to point you towards plenty of alternatives: a "greener" signature Apple Martini or a creamier Lychee San, perhaps. Almost all non-Champagne-based cocktails are priced at $90-$95.
