Gourmet One and Beverage One in collaboration with Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will stage the third edition of the 2011 Bangkok Chefs Charity Gala Dinner and Auction on August 4, 2011 at 7 pm - to be graciously presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

This one-of-a-kind charity gala dinner will showcase the combined skills of 21 executive chefs from 20 leading hotels in Thailand and Thai Airways International, which has just joined the gala this year. Each menu item of a nine-course gourmet meal will be created by two chefs working together in harmony, using the finest ingredients grown on the Royal Project in Chiang Mai as well as the best international sources.

Part of the proceeds will go towards charities under the patronage of Her Royal Highness, while the remaining portion will benefit underprivileged children in North Thailand.
