What is wafu dressing?

What is wafu dressing?
This is a Japanese-style salad dressing made of soy sauce, rice vinegar and vegetable oil. There are many versions of this light and tasty condiment. Some include ingredients such as zesty yuzu, ginger or piquant wasabi. It is great with shredded lettuce, cabbage, radish, cucumber and carrots.
