Also highly recommended is the steamed rice with Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, preserved meat and mushroom. Made with Chinese sausage and preserved meat imported from Hong Kong, this classic festive dish proves to be a hit with all diners. Don’t forget to order up the scrumptious Peking duck and the oven-baked fillet of chicken drumstick either. And to end your meal on a perfect note, ask for the traditional red bean cake with coconut cream, and the wheat grass water chestnut cake, guaranteed to sweeten the year ahead. 320 Orchard Road, Singapore Marriott Hotel,Tel: 6831 4615
