In addition, there's an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Among the house specialities is the double-boiled superior shark's fin with chicken and the combination of deep-fried prawn wrapped with shredded potato and deep-fried scallop with mashed taro, both visually appealing and palate pleasing. An unusual but delicious pairing is the roasted chicken with taro curd sauce. For a Cantonese restaurant, the wine list isn't half bad and covers many of the wine-growing regions. There's also champagne available although house pours are rather limited.
