Service is brisk and efficient, and dishes arrive swiftly after your orders are placed. For starters, dive into the signature Tung Lok Seafood Platter which includes poached prawns, sashimi, crab meat salad, fresh oysters and Mexican cerviche. Alternatively, opt for the deep-fried eggplant to munch on. Scattered with tasty pork floss, each piece of eggplant is light and crispy on the outside and soft inside.
The famous wasabi-mayonnaise prawns is highly recommended too. Juicy and deep-fried to perfection, each prawn is coated with piquant wasabi sauce. For fish, the marble goby is deep-fried until crispy and accompanied by a special sweet and spicy sauce. If you are dining in a group, order the crabs to share. Favourites include the black pepper crab sautéed with a special blend of black pepper and fresh peppercorns.
