The Sentosa Resort & Spa Dine Around Dinner Adventure ($125 or $195 with wine pairing) is the resort’s newest dining concept. Guests are introduced to champagne and tapas upon arrival before being whisked off to The Garden, where appetisers like hiramasa kingfish sashimi and entrées such as the butternut squash veloute are served. The Cliff, the final venue, will serve slow-roasted beetroot with fennel fafalle pasta and palate-cleansing sorbet  – the perfect ending to an unforgettable night of good food and fine wine.
