Newly opened at ION Orchard, the Nautilus Project is a global culinary project - it is owned by an Indonesian, conceived by a Swede, branded by a British, designed by a Japanese, and its kitchen helmed by a New Zealander chef. But the team's pursuit of using fresh market produce to preserve or enhance each dish is unabashedly the same.

Sit at the ice bar to nibble on chilled seafood with a glass of crisp sauvignon blanc, or tuck into appetisers and mains such as smoked beef carpaccio and yellow fin tuna. The owners of The Nautilus Project also operate Prime Society Restaurant & Bar, a steak restaurant on Dempsey Hill, and the newly opened The Society Bistro at One Fullerton.
