Sunday brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs is always a lavish affair, but on Christmas Day, they're taking the experience one step further with a special degustation champagne brunch and added festive selections.
Take in the three-piece jazz band as you sip on Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne, and peruse their selection of antipastos and fresh seafood on ice which includes a divine stuffed baby lobster tail, freshly shucked French oysters, razor clams and a choice of salmon, tuna or yellowtail Hamachi sashimi.
Diners will then be presented with a degustation menu to continue the Christmas festivities with. Indulge in the egg with French caviar and finger toast; pan-seared foie gras served with pumpkin, root vegetables and duck jus; chestnut velouté with pancetta lardons, croutons and chives, and a poached John Dory in beurre blanc sauce, zucchini and tomatoes.
There's a choice of three main courses - the turkey, beef or Welsh lamb - each served with garden vegetables and winter black truffle. Fork-tender and succulent, the lamb is portioned perfectly so you can still indulge in all the best of the degustation items and still have room for their array of desserts including traditional Christmas log cakes to finish off the perfect Yuletide meal.
The Christmas Day Degustation Champagne Brunch is on 25 Dec, 12 noon to 3pm and is priced at $158 or $188 with free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne.
