For the first time in Singapore, Chef Santi Santamaria will bring
together three of his executive chefs from his celebrated restaurants to
create a magical feast at SANTI. This one-night only event will be held
on 1 November. The first Catalan chef to receive the three Michelin
star accolade, Santi will be joined by Daniel Chavez, who helms his
restaurant in Marina Bay Sands; Ivan Sola Baquero, executive chef of Can
Fabes in Spain and Ismael Alegria Garcia, who heads the kitchens at
one-Michelin-starred EVO in Barcelona.
Diners will get to
experience a luxurious menu that presents Santi’s artistry as well as
premium ingredients such as white truffles, Alaskan king crab, jade
abalones, iberic ham, Japanese tuna belly and wild mushrooms. A special
11-course menu, including two desserts, will be featured. Price: $485
