The annual Raffles Hotel Wine, Food and Arts Experience returns in 2010 with a bang as a panel of chefs, sommeliers and artists convene to offer an unforgettable start to the year, including Michelin-starred chefs Alvin Leung, Shuzo Kishida and Marc Haeberlin of L'Auberge de l’Ill. Wine speakers Sandrine Garbay of Chateau d’Yquem and Mathieu Chadronnier of CVBG will also lend their expertise at the series of events held from 27 to 31 January.
