Refreshed Quayside Seafood menu offers both well-known favourites and original creations in a new-look layout featuring four languages. At this award-winning seafood restaurant, you can find the menu presented in four different languages and a revitalised list of delectable offerings. The chefs’ impressive repertoire is now introduced and explained in English, Chinese, Japanese and Russian to cater to the restaurant’s mix of patrons. The extensive menu outlines over eighty tasty seafood items and more than 60 other dishes including poultry, beef, lamb, vegetable, noodle and rice offerings, many of which are captured in stunning pictures. The inclusive spread also comfortably accommodates children, vegetarians and even those longing for a Western-style meal.
Other aspects which have made Quayside Seafood a well-loved household name among locals, as well as a must-visit dining destination for visitors to Singapore, are still at hand. The glass-panelled theatre kitchen, terraced live seafood displays and innovative al fresco lily pad structure set the scene for an authentic Singapore dining experience, punctuated by the freshest catch of the day, imported direct from the source – meaty crabs from Sri Lanka and Alaska, lobsters from Australia and the United States, mantis prawns from The Philippines, giant oysters from Canada, fish from New Zealand, and more. Highlights from the menu include the signature Quayside black pepper crabs, wok-fried calamari with salt and pepper, fresh scallops with taro and the ultimate fried rice, which is generously studded with king prawns and fresh crab meat. For a sweet end to any meal, a variety of colourful local desserts like chendol, ice kachang, cheng teng and bubur cha cha have been added to the menu.
