One on the Bund is one of the latest additions to the F&B industry here in Singapore. And in conjunction with Moet & Chandon’s 100th anniversary, executive chef Calvin Yeung from One on the Bund has specially whipped up a menu of fusion fare such as foie gras dumplings, wife biscuits with chicken pie fillings and fragrant quail to commemorate this event.
Besides the exquisite and delicious creations, each dish is also paired with a glass of premium Moet & Chandon bubbly and served on crockery hand-picked from China. The price for the Moet & Chandon menu is $200 per person and it’s available until the end of October.
