For an indulgent lunch of repast imbued with the sweet and smoky flavours of applewood, one should make a beeline to One-Ninety bistro grill located at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Here, exquisite meats and seafood are cooked on an applewood grill. Meats turn out unctuous punctuated by the sweets hints of applewood. It's a taste that begs you to go for seconds. Dinner presents a delectable, wide-ranging spread consisting of Wagyu, sirloin, tenderloin and striploin beef grilled to choice, grilled king prawn, grilled whole barramundi with clams and lemon butter sauce, Kurobuta pork chop Milanese style with San Marzano tomato, and grilled tuna steak with chilli-spiced parsnip chips, cucumber, watercress and white anchovy salad. Under the chef's deft hands, you are assured of succulent cuts that make for a sumptuous dining experience. For appetisers, diners may look forward to a selection of salads such as Alaskan king crab, Caesar or spicy tofu salad, Spanish pata Negra ham and a selection of soups including a rich, spicy crab bisque with XO sauce. There are also a delectable selection of eight dessert creations such as baked lemon lime tart with caramelised mandarin, vanilla panna cotta with rose-scented plum, pear clafoutis with Poire Williams ice-cream, and warm chocolate cake with fig and vanilla ice-cream. Even the lunch menu has been given a dose of fresh air by way of its new appetiser and dessert buffet. If you're in this vicinity, it's a meal not to be missed!
