At Nadaman, you can expect nothing less than the best - the food is painstakingly prepared and the ingredients used fresh.
For a taste of traditional Japanese cuisine, the kaiseki - which translates as ‘the art of transforming nature's blessings into food'- is the perfect choice. Big on presentation and flavours, it's a gastronomic delight that will leave you wanting more. Take your pick from the Aoi kaiseki, sushi kaiseki or the Kobe-style steak kaiseki.
Besides traditional dinner sets, there's also a wide variety of sushi and tempura, such as the ebi tempura (deep-fried prawns) and Kakiage (deep-fried chopped prawn cake), for you to choose from. Two teppanyaki counters that can seat up to eight persons each are also available.
Other highlights include gindara (grilled silver cod),
sake butter shoyu-yaki (grilled salmon with butter and soya sauce)
and unagi kabayaki (grilled live eel with sweet brown sauce).
