Nestled in the greenery of Bukit Timah Turf Club, this charming restaurant provides a secluded and intimate getaway for romantic dinners or casual weekend brunches. Having settled into its stride, the menu has found its balance with a concise but well prepared and presented French-inspired cuisine. Notable appetisers include the foie gras terrine with hazelnut tuile and the salmon gravalax with potato, quail's egg and chive vinaigrette. For those with a carnivorous tendency, there are several excellent choices including the beef tenderloin and duck confit and cream of polenta. The menu also offers seafood and fish items, albeit limited, as well as vegetarian options including the generous Waldorf salad well made with quality ingredients. To round off the meal are several desserts such as the delicious apple pie filled with slightly tart apple, popular angel food cake and signature crème brûlée and honeycomb ice cream.
