If Chinese New Year feasting is taking its toll on you, partake in a buffet spread of international and Asian dishes at $88 per person. The extensive buffet includes fresh seafood on ice such as Boston lobsters, snow crabs, sweet clams, green lip mussels and freshly shucked oysters. There’s even an outdoor BBQ station with grilled-to-order juicy meats like sirloin steak, lamb, T-bone, baby pork back ribs, pork chop and more. Main courses such as oven-baked tender rack of lamb glazed with hoisin glaze and oxtail stew with Chinese herbs.
The dessert spread is equally impressive. The rose petal cream macaroon with lychee, raspberry gel and fresh raspberries and a heart-shaped Earl Grey-infused chocolate cremeaux with blackberry jelly and chocolate blackberry sponge are simply delectable. Both dessert items are also available as takeaways at S$8 per piece, S$26 for 350gram, S$48 for 48 gram and S$60 for 1 kilogram size.
