of tender veal cheek and morel

of pink Moët & Chandon Champagne
per person, pre-dinner canapés and dinner. To include a bottle of pink Moët

Valentine's Day at il Lido
Executive Chef of il Lido,
Carlo Marengoni, presents a spectacular five-course Valentine's Day menu
available from 11 Feb to 14 Feb.
Featuring an array of the most
indulgent ingredients, start the meal with tuna tartare with smoked caviar and
stracciatella, and choose between roasted lobster with romanesco cauliflower
and truffle mousse or prime beef tenderloin with white asparagus and truffle
sauce for mains. The dessert - molten lava chocolate cake with strawberries and
balsamic - is a decadent dish to complete the meal with.
The special five-course menu is
priced at $148 per person.

Australia Day at Graze
Australia Day marks the landing
of the First Fleet in 1788, and has since evolved to become a celebration of
food, drinks and fireworks. At both Graze eateries, you can soak in the
Australian atmosphere with a menu of dinner delights from the Land Down under,
presented by Executive Chef Chris Donnellan (himself an Australian), with
dishes such as chicken parma, surf and turf hotplate (for one or two people),
home-made lamingtons or a platter for two featuring lamb chops from Gippsland, tiger prawns, barramundi and pork chops (only at Martin 38).
Pair these great Australian
dishes with two hours of free-flow James Boag's, the multi-award winning
premium beer from Tasmania, for $30++. A selection of Australian wines is also
available at both restaurants.

Chinese New Year at Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant
This Chinese New Year, treat yourself to two wonderfully luscious dishes
from Li Bai - Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Double Treasures Fortune Pot Set.
Created by the chefs at the award-winning kitchen, these will truly be the
highlights of any reunion dinner, even in the comfort of your own home.
The iconic Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is presented in a special
casserole pot, and made with premium ingredients like shark's fin, fish maw,
ginseng, scallops, abalone and much more. Nourishing and comforting, this soup
is priced at $418 for four people.
The Double Treasures Fortune Pot Set is a treasure trove of gastronomic
ingredients such as abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, pork tendon, dried oyster,
China mushroom, dried scallop, soya chicken, roast pork, roast duck, prawn,
goose web, beancurd skin, pork knuckle, white radish, yam and a filled from
whole black dace fish - specially imported from Hong Kong to give this dish a
truly authentic taste. The fortune pot set is priced at $328 for six people.

Chinese New Year at JING

Lai Fatt has created eight special available from now to 6 Feb to celebrate
Chinese New Year, including a decadent seven-course menu for ten persons called
Glorious.
Made with lavish
ingredients for a gastronomic start to the Year of the Dragon, with dishes
including the ‘magnificent' lo hei with lobster sashimi, snow pear and golden
mushrooms. Other signature dishes include mini Buddha jumps over JING, a
heavenly mixture of doubled-boiled shark's fin, whole abalone, sea cucumber,
fish maw, Chinese mushroom and chicken in superior soup; roasted Beijing duck;
whole abalone braised with Japanese mushroom and tender green in rich brown
sauce; handmade noodles stewed with oyster, crab roe, spring onions and ginger.
The meal finishes with an indulgent double-boiled bird's nest with rock sugar,
along with a range of special JING nian gao with coconut juice.
Curated for 10 people,
the Glorious set menu is priced at $2,388.
