But these days, it's really the new bar concept that hits all the right senses and in the most indulgent of ways. ‘Wine Moment with Guy Savoy' showcases the best from the Guy Savoy cellar including champagnes and wines from regions such as Bordeaux, Roussillon and Cotes du Rhone. A service available from 3 to 6pm daily, Guy Savoy's helpful sommeliers will also made recommendations while explaining food and wine pairings. All these while partaking of the oyster in ice gelée and Ibérico Bellota ham, just some of the fine light bites on this special menu.

Thereafter, proceed to the elegant main dining area for the restaurant's new five-course dinner set ‘Menu Elegance'. The signature artichoke and black truffle soup, with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter is robustly flavoured and the richness of the brioche is offset by the earthy aroma of the black truffle. The veal blanquette dish composed of sweetbread, brisket and tenderloin is a combination that will satisfy most meat lovers.
