Start the lunar new year in style with wonderfully set menus catering for two to 10 people at Yan Ting, St Regis Singapore. Carefully put together by Executive Chef Law Yip Lam, these menus featurs Cantonese dishes in traditional Hong Kong style with favourites such as the Pun Choy.
Of course, the reunion dinner is an important part of the festivities and Yan Ting is offering a range of set menus, including sumptuous dishes from ‘Promising' nine-course set menu. Indulge in highlights such as the traditional Prosperity Yu Sheng with salmon, fish roe and abalone; crispy suckling pig, whole abalone with shiitake mushroom, and even braised dou miao with crab meat. The set also includes signature dishes such as the deep-fried marble goby ‘soon hock' in soya sauce and wok-fried glutinous rice with wind-dried sausages. End the meal on a sweet note with doubled-boiled hashima with rock sugar and red dates, and crispy glutinous rice cakes.
The ‘Promising' nine-course set menu for 10 people is priced at $1888 per table.
