Whether it's an intimate celebration for two, or a family get-together with 10 people, Executive Chinese Chef Sunny Kong's Chinese New Year menus include signature creations such as the Prosperity salmon yu sheng, the extravagant baby abalone fortune pot and mini Buddha jumps over the wall.
The ‘Splendour' menu for 10 people, includes several highlights such as a Jamon Iberico bellota, lobster and salmon yu sheng, double-boiled shark's fin in free range chicken consommé, boneless whole roasted suckling pig with red beancurd, steamed duo red garoupa, braised Mexican abalone with deer tendon, stir-fried scallop and geoduck with chanterelle mushroom, steamed longevity ‘mee sua' rice vermicelli with crab meat and conpoy in Chinese wine and egg white. Pair this with the lovely double-boiled bird's nest in fragrant almond tea, and then indulge in the crisp deep-fried nian gao to finish the meal.
The ‘Splendour' nine-course set menu for 10 people is priced at $1888.
