Checkers Brasserie is better known for its international buffet spread but regulars now have something new to tantalise their palates on Christmas Eve. Celebrate the festive season by going Japanese because a chef from the renowned Nogawa restaurant has joined the hotel ’s team of chefs. Diners should expect only the freshest sashimi, kaiseki and foie gras chawanmushi. The Japanese-inspired Christmas Eve buffet is priced at $110(lunch) and $130(dinner) for free-flow of wine and one glass of champagne.
