Housed in an art gallery, 1 Caramel is an extension of One Rochester's pastry bar. Step into the all-glass premise, and you'll be transported into the world of Willy Wonka with a dizzy selection of sweet delights such as mango mascarpone, chocolate berry lust and of course, caramel.

Helmed by Chef Reif who has worked his magic at One Rochester, don't miss his east-meets-west miso-flavoured soufflé - a departure from the familiar sweet and tangy tastes of Grand Marnier and lemon.
