What is a Hybrid Italian Restobar? Well, Borgata Trattoria Osteria is set to address this new dining concept. In fact, it’s a brand new, homegrown concept created by LifeBrandz (the company famous for kickstarting Ministry of Sound). Situated beside Clarke Quay river, the dining experience becomes memorable. Borgata is Singapore first-of-its-kind Italian restobar serving up a full, hearty Italian menu in a rustic and cheery casual dining/bar setting, complete with the Italian touch. The menu is helmed by true-blue Italian chef Andre, who is well known in Singapore’s former Borgo restaurant for his signature pizzas and pasta with comprehensive selection of 40 Italian wines and cocktails in a restaurant setting. Hot and cold appetisers are its highlights and these include the Antipasto Misto – a medley of cured Italian meats and grilled vegetables and the unctuous Scamorza Con Porcini, which is a baked smoked cheese served with porcini mushrooms.
