Start your meal with the oven-baked Australian scallops served with sautéed garlic spinach and black olives hollandaise sauce. It's a delightful dish where the flavours of the sea explode in your mouth.
For pasta, the linguine in black ink cuttlefish sauce is a must-try. Other pasta highlights include the homemade angel hair with live lobster, chilli, olive oil, basil and fresh tomato, and the homemade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, spinach and pan-fried goose liver.
Besides pasta, there's also the roasted Mediterranean seabass fillet served with sautéed garlic spinach, crispy pesto risotto and saffron emulsion, and the grilled Kurobuta pork rack served with caramelised black figs and wild berry sauce for you to choose from.
Finally, end your meal with the mango gelato with pistachio crust and strawberry salad, or the warm melted chocolate cake with run raisin ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Bontá also has an extensive wine list, with more than 200 wine labels to choose from. Most of the wines come from Italy and that of the New and Old World too.
