What is the most expensive salt in the world?
That would be the Camargue Fleur de Sel which retails at $2.16 per ounce or an estimated $75 per kilo, according to Slate.com. The overwhelming oceanic flavour makes it a perfect salt for steaks and other grilled dishes, as well as, salads and even dessert! Think ice cream sprinkled with it and prepare for something unexpected!
