For entrees, the meats are Red specialities, ranging from first-class Wagyu to Angus beef flown in from Rastelli in the US and Darling Down of Australia. The Braised Darling Down Beef Cheek is excellent as is the Roasted Rack of Spring Lamb from Brittany in France. For dessert, the Crepes Suzette is a must, flamed by your table in the classic, nearly forgotten style.
