The menu is varied and runs along classic French lines. For starters, the Smoked Chicken Salad is a fine choice. The Seared Foie Gras is also quite good. For a melange of tastes, the Red Starter Sampler will provide a selection of Red's most popular starters. For pasta lovers, Red offers a selection of dishes featuring pasta from Spinosi, one of Italy's best pasta houses. The Bentagliata di Vincenzo Spinosi con pomodorini et fioschi di Mozarella will transport you back to Italy. For entrees, the meats are Red specialities, ranging from first-class Wagyu to Angus beef flown in from Rastelli in the US and Darling Down of Australia. The Braised Darling Down Beef Cheek is excellent as is the Roasted Rack of Spring Lamb from Brittany in France. For dessert, the Crepes Suzette is a must, flamed by your table in the classic, nearly forgotten style.
