Chatteau 1771 at 25

 

Achieving its 25-year milestone, Chateau 1771, the famous European fine-dining destination, will honour its patrons with two special menus from May 18 to 31.

 
For only 990 Philippine pesos, savour the restaurant's speciality Potence, a succulent and pleasurable grilled beef tenderloin steak. Another dish inclusive of the rate is Raclette, a serving of melted Swiss cheese with marbled potatoes, pickled onions, and gherkins. Enjoy a glass of wine, too!


Especially prepared for hotel-restaurant management students and graduates, the second delectable offer is a degustation menu available from 2:00 to 5:00 pm for only 550 pesos each for every group of four. The sumptuous list includes French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, Pasta Chorizo, Lemon Chicken, Potence, and Coffee Pie.
