Rediscover the uniqueness of Capampangan cuisine for only 1,600 pesos nett per person. You can also enjoy the buffet with free flowing tropical juices at 1,888 pesos nett per person. The Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila main buffet restaurant adds the freshest prawns, tuna, oysters and crabs to give more flavour to your dining experience. You may have it steamed, baked, stir-fry (the best way!), or have it paired with your choice of sauces. The master chefs will have it your way, any way you want to enjoy these bounties from the sea.
Choose from the dishes offered such as oven-baked Rockefeller oysters, steamed crab with chilli or pepper sauce, fresh prawns deep-fried à la minute in tempura batter, shrimps sautéed in butter and garlic and fish steaks cooked off the grill. | Masseto's Bordeaux Night

Masseto launched "Bordeaux Night" last 18 January 2012 and will be a regular Wednesday night feature of the restaurant. From 6:00 to 8:00 PM, guests will have the chance to savour three fine wines beginning with a Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte's second wine 2006 Les Hauts de Smith Blanc. It will be followed by 2004 Chateau Ferran red , an award-winning wine from the Pessac-Leognan appellation. The third wine is a 2005 Chateau Ripeau, which comes from St Emilion, one of Bordeaux's best vineyards.
This Hot Deal includes a 15% discount on beverage bills for six persons. Tapas will be served with wine. For only 1900 pesos ++, you can now have a taste of Bordeaux!
