Also part of the Mother's Day Sunday Yum Cha is an inviting live Imperial Peking duck station where guests can feast endlessly on the succulent meat and crispy skin of Peking ducks flown all the way from Hong Kong. Mums can satisfy their appetite other Cantonese delicacies such as Roast Suckling Pig, Soya Sauce Chicken, Wok-baked Prawn in Chilli and Tomato Sauce, Braised Bean Curd with Shrimp Mousse in Abalone Sauce, Slow-cooked Spare Ribs and E-fu Noodles with Mixed Mushrooms, plus barbecue and wok stations.
