Set Menu B offers chilled prawn salad with fried vegetable taro puff, double-boiled fried fish with maw soup, sautéed prawn balls, wolfberries egg white and asparagus, braised Bailinzhi mushroom with dried scallop and garden green, steamed Lapu-Lapu, Shang Palace roast duck, braised E-fu noodles with seafood and mushroom, sweet dim sum pastries, and chilled sago with diced mango for 1,500+++ pesos per person.
