Can we serve Uni, or sea urchin roe, in cooked form?

Dear Editor,

We all know Uni, or sea urchin roe, makes great sushi but can it be served in cooked form?

Celebrity chef Eric Ripert made a very popular dish called Sea Urchin Pasta. You can google the recipe to find out more about it but it is touted as one of his signature recipes and is widely acclaimed in his three-star Michelin-awarded restaurant Le Bernandin in New York. If you're adventurous enough, give it a try and let us know how it goes!
