These appetisers make a perfect pair, nicely playing off a variety of textures and flavours. Follow with the Panaeng Gai, a thick red curry of chicken with peanut and very finely shredded kaffir lime, the fragrant aroma alone as this dish arrives on your table is enough to make your mouth water! Balance this off with the stir-fried Chinese broccoli with chunks of crispy pork. The Phad Thai is cooked and seasoned just right and topped with a nest of crispy fried egg. For dessert, the traditional taco is a must. Bite into the gooey coconut cream and sink into the crunchy, sweet water chestnuts for a wonderful ending to the meal.
