Sake Pairing at Se Sa Me

Sake sommelier from the newest Japanese restaurant in Central walks us through her favourite sake and food pairings

By Tyrone Wu and Lynn Fung

Se sa me, the new "Japanasian" restaurant in L Place officially opens on March 7, but during its soft-opening period, restaurant manager and sake sommelier Maiko Tsuji was kind enough to welcome Asia Tatler Dining to the restaurant. In the video above, Tsuji shows us Se sa me's extensive sake collection, introduces the more unusual bottles, as well as give us some of her favourite sake and food pairings from Se sa me's menu.
