With a prestigious 250 year history, Moët & Chandon is one of the largest and most prominant champagne houses in the world that also produces Dom Pérignon. It's parent company Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton also owns Domaine Chandon in the Napa Valley and Coldstream in Victoria, Australia. Hong Kong’s Master of Wine, Debra Meiburg caught up with Moët & Chandon winemaker Marc Brevot on a recent visit to Hong Kong to discuss the pleasures and pressures of working for one of the world's most famous champagne producers. He also talks about the “celebrity” and magic of bubbles, the luxury of rosé and more.
