Producer and Négociant, Luc Bouchard of Buchard Pere & Fils, speaks with Debra about the confusing quilt that makes up Burgundy.  Luc’s advice to those interested in this area is to taste and pay much attention to the producer as well as the appellation. Luc asserts that once someone truly tastes and enjoys the wines, they become aficionados for life. The Buchard Pere & Fils portfolio is comprised of 80 different Burgundian appellations with nearly 70 percent of estates designated as Grand or Premier Cru wines.
