The Kitchen at the Grand Lisboa is one of the top steakhouses in Macau, so naturally, that was the first place Asia Tatler Dining thought of when it came to shooting a how-to video on grilling steaks.
Sous chef Vincent Wong takes us into the steakhouse's modern open kitchen and walks us through the intricate steps of grilling a perfect steak. In addition, he also demonstrates a classic steak sauce, the bernaise.
Keeping in mind that not every home kitchen will be equipped with roaring fire ovens that go up to 620 degrees, chef Wong also gives his tips on how to make a perfect steak at home, using a sauté pan and a regular oven.
