Ingredients:
For the churros:
250g plain flour
pinch of salt
50g unsalted butter
200ml water
100ml vegetable oil
50g caster sugar
2 eggs
For the chocolate sauce:
150g good quality dark chocolate
300ml double cream
½ cinnamon stick
1 whole chili
