Robuchon au Dôme, Joël Robuchon's much-anticipated new restaurant at the Grand Lisboa in Macau, was expected to open for much of 2011. However, thanks to numerous delays, gourmands in both Hong Kong and Macau were kept wanting for more information for nearly the entire year. Earlier this December, howoever, Robuchon a Galera at the Lisboa finally shut its doors and the brand new Robuchon au Dôme was opened at the Grand Lisboa next door.
