Serving traditional Chinese dishes for over 30 years, Tsui Hang Village Restaurant’s menu has grown to include several award-winning dishes. The restaurant’s large selection of starters, barbecued meats and main dishes has a Cantonese influence but includes dishes from other regions as well. Exceptionally tender and served piping hot, honey glazed barbecued pork is a perfect version of this Chinese favourite. Lying on a bed of warm, honey-glazed soybeans, the barbecued pork has a well-balanced distribution of meat and fat. For another featured dish, the chef takes a unique spin on classic shark’s fin. Simmered in a coconut chicken stock, the soup offers an entirely new and delicious way to savour shark’s fin. Served in a fresh coconut, this is a great alternative to the classic chicken and preserved ham based soup. The steamed spot garoupa with hashima is also another award-winning signature dish. The dish is prepared with fresh garoupa steamed with hashima, the oviduct fat of frogs. Traditional Chinese desserts such as bird’s nest, and various sweet soups are available as well as dim sum pastries like egg tarts.
