Discreetly located on the 16th floor of StarWorld Macau, Temptations is a great family destination with spacious dining area and cozy setting. Light music, intimate seats and modern food station create a warm atmosphere.
Food
Temptations is popular for its buffet, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cold seafood bar is the natural first stop, featuring cocktail shrimp, a fresh assortment of sashimi and Dungeness crab legs in salt water. Highlight of the buffet is the oyster counter, offering unlimited fresh-shucked oysters. Hot dishes are more limited. There are a few Portuguese specialities such as barbecued meat roll and pork loin with prunes, and Chinese options such as noodles and dim sum. For dessert, try the freshly baked molten chocolate pudding or the made-to-order crêpes served with ice creams and toppings of your choice.
Wine
A standard wine list with choices from the old and new world sorted by regions. With the well-considered corkage of MOP150, we suggest you bring your own bottle to complement the seafood.
Service
Server is attentive, friendly and cleans up plates constantly. However not all staff members are polished as some of the servers at the food station are rude and roll their eyes when diners ask for refill.
Price
A budget-friendly option. A seafood buffet dinner for two should cost around MOP500, which is quite a bargain.
