Large prawns are stacked on top of each other and over tomatoes and asparagus in the botan ebi salad. The prawns are slightly cooked under a salamander broiler, allowing them to retain their sweetness and crunchy texture. A light drizzle of olive oil is the perfect complement to this salad. The offerings off the hot stone slates will not disappoint. The Kagoshima wagyu beef has an even marble of fat and meat. Cooking it at the table allows diners to control precisely how they want it, making each bite of the steak as good as the first. The Pacific lobster tail is also tasty. A light sprinkling of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice highlights the freshness of the lobster. The ice cream sushi – oval pieces of ice cream with crunchy chocolate shell topped with fresh sliced fruits mimicking pieces of sushi served on a chilled stone grill – make a cool ending to a sizzling hot dinner.

The restaurant offers a range of both red and white by the glass and bottle, as well as various featured cocktails.
