Healthy Teppanyaki at Sagano
Who doesn't love teppanyaki? The tasty meats and seafood sizzling and grilling right in front of us, with the chef maximising all the flavours of the produce by using liberal amounts of salt and butter and oil. However, much as we love it, teppanyaki is not really the healthiest type of Japanese food out there. Sagano at Hotel Nikko, however, is aiming to change that with a new healthy teppanyaki dinner set. Using Mongolian rose salt and grape, the nine-course dinner includes:
- king prawn and scallop
- steamed sea bass with baby cabbage
- wagyu sirloin
- black pork roll with vegetables and taraba crab
The dinner is priced at HK$998 per person and comes with a complimentary glass of peach wine.
