I visited Okapi in Sai Kung last weekend, and was bitterly disappointed with the service .... the staff really do need to be trained, they have no idea how to serve!!!
It started very well, and then the food started to arrive .... I ordered the mushroom starter, and the waitress brought the dish to the table and did not know what she was delivering ..... only knew it was for our table ...... it was delicious however, highly recommendable in my opinion ...... even if I had to ask the other waitress not to reach over my plate when I was eating ...... which she still continued to do, armpit almost in my food ... !!
The main dish was oxtail, and while tasting delicious, it was tough as hell ...... could not even get most of the meat off the bones. While oxtail is hard to cook, my own test at home is whether the meat is almost falling off the bones ..... not sure I will ever return, and certainly will not recommend this place!!
Main failure is that the waiting staff seem to have just walked in from the street .... no training given!!
