Our favourite cheese retailer Classified celebrates the season of love with an adorable heart-shaped Neufchâtel cheese. Neufchâtel cheese originated from the region of Haute-Normandy in France and it is a tradition to hand them out to gallant soldiers as they rode away to war. Neufchâtel cheese is delicately hand-crafted by local artisans and tastes similar to camembert, but with a deeper rind and coarser in texture. Classified will offer the heart-shaped cheese (HK$198) from February 12 to 14 to be served with chocolates, strawberries and crackers, which will be great to enjoy with a bottle of champagne. The romantic offer will also be available for take-away at HK$138.
