Setting
An impressive entrance shared with The French Window on the third floor of IFC greets diners. The main dining room offers views of Victoria Harbour and Wanchai and is tastefully sleek and modern with impressive chandeliers and light gold and beige tones. Elegant without being pretentious, Cuisine Cuisine is a great option for a power lunch or a refined but unfussy dinner. |

Food
Start with the chilled cucumber and jellyfish with chili oil for a fresh, clean dish to whet your appetite. During lunch, a dim sum menu is also available and includes unique offerings such as roasted chicken roll stuffed with pistachio crust and salty egg yolk, a delicious and filling dish with delightfully crispy skin. Barbecued pork buns with thyme add subtle fragrance to a classic dim sum favorite. The sautéed crystal king prawn, a house signature dish, is a work of art and precision, with carefully cut prawn simply sautéed to let the flavour of the fresh prawn shine. Braised abalone on linzi mushroom with sautéed vegetable, another signature dish, is luxurious and elegant, offering a playful contrast of similar textures between the abalone and mushroom. Roasted spare rib coated with osmanthus sauce is overly salty, but the meat is tender and fatty. Sautéed scallops with crab coral cooked with egg whites and beautifully cut baby bak choi is decadent without being heavy. For a panoply of vibrant vegetables, try the sautéed celery with lily bulbs and lotus root, which also includes black fungus, kale, water chestnuts and red bell peppers. |

The wine list at Cuisine Cuisine favours French wines but also includes many offerings from other regions. With no bottle offerings priced under HK$450, the wine offering is on the pricey side. |

Seasonal Dishes at Cuisine Cuisine IFC
In Chinese cuisine, snake meat is believed to enhance circulation and relieve chills. This winter, Cuisine Cuisine at the IFC mall in Central is presenting diners with its traditional braised assorted snake soup, made with five different snakes and other ingredients, such as fish maw, chicken, black fungus and Chinese mushrooms.
Additionally, to keep us all warm, Cuisine Cuisine will also be offering other seasonal casserole dishes such as:
- stir fried glutinous rice with assorted preserved meats - double-boiled conger eel soup - baked jumbo oysters with port - stewed brisket of lamb - steamed rice with lobster and preserved vegetables
