I came twice to this place in 3 weeks: the first time was great, good food, nice location. Two weeks later, we ordered the same thing: the chciken salad had twice as less chicken, I had to pay for the bread instead of getting it for free (wich is quite expected when you eat cheese). And when I dared to make a friendly complaint, I was aggressed by the manager and I felt in the middle of a hip hip battle, which could be fun in a different context, but not here. I'm surprised that big groups like Classified, which didn't reply to my email, tolerate such a careless attitude with customers.

I am planning to go check out this spot but after I read the comment now, I am not 100% sure. I like to have a glass of wine some cheese and order a plate of salad or pasta to just relax and chill with my friends. I have been to their Sheung Wan location and service is good there. I have be there more than a few times but only trouble is the place is far from Central and walking up the hill with high-heel shoes is a tough call after work. Anyway, I wish the management will take note because HK is a small place and without old customers support how they can operate their business???
