I am absolutely amazed that this restaurant has made it into the best restaurants in HK list, do people have no taste? Any restaurant based on a Tom Hanks film needs to really excel in the food department, but it doesnt! This is just a more expensive glammed up fast food restaurant that would be more at home in a Disney resort next to the Magic Mountain ride! I was forced to dine there recently due to all other better restaurants on the peak being full, and it was so bad that I found the whole thing rather hilarious, until I saw the bill. The worst thing about this restaurant is that they actually take themselves seriously. I propose that they market themselves as a kids restaurant and have all the staff dressed up as giant shrimp!
