Located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Langham Hotel, the elegant decor at T'ang Court allows diners a prestigious dining experience. Draped in chic red curtains with columns of red oak pillars, seating is generously spaced apart to the point that diners feel like dining in private rooms of their own. Decorated with traditional Chinese vases and art, enjoying a experience here isn’t difficult. The restaurant does a good job of muting out the view outside of shopping malls and flashing lights that may at times distract even the most entertaining of conversations.

With over 20 years of serving the finest Chinese cuisine, T'ang Court has yet to disappoint. One of their must-try signature dishes is the stir-fried fresh lobster with spring onion. A common enough Chinese lobster dish, it is taken to a new level here at T’ang Court thanks to the succulent texture and fresh taste of the lobster, perfectly matched with the sturdy taste of the onions. Another recommendation is the sautéed prawns and crab roe with fried pork and crab meat puffs. Although not as flavourful as the lobster dish, the first portion is an interesting combination of sautéed prawns with crab roe, while the second half, the meat puffs are an interesting mixture of crab meat, mushrooms and minced pork that resembles deep-fried wontons. Finally, T'ang court offers a wide array of excellent sweets and Chinese dessert options close off an amazing evening meal.

T'ang Court has a detailed list of wines to select from, with a wide variety of reds and whites, old and new and from almost all wine regions around the world. Champagne and sparkling wine is also available and a sommelier is available for recommendations to match the meal.
